The second phase of Frontex Training Unit project “English for Focal Points at Airports and Joint Operations” started in February 2009 with a study visit and material development workshop (comprising representatives from Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.) which took place at the Frankfurt airport.

The second phase of the project is aimed specifically at officers proficient at B1 level who will be taking part in Joint Operations/Focal Point missions and will consist of multinational 5-day intensive residential courses commencing in May 2009.
