Human Resources (HR)
- Development of the Frontex HR strategy, the programme of work, annual report;
- Development and management of HR's part of the Annual Budget including Establishment Plan;
- Advising the managers of Frontex in the field of human resources management;
- Preparing, running and evaluating recruitment campaigns for vacancies in Frontex;
- Administration of salaries and individual rights of Frontex staff and seconded national experts;
- Analyzing training needs of Frontex staff and organizing trainings and professional development activities including evaluation phase;
- Administration of staff appraisal system including the development of assessment tools used in the personnel performance assessment;
- Development and implementation of rules to Staff Regulations and monitoring the functioning of these rules.
Agency Services
- Day-to-day management of Frontex premises, including technical maintenance (in co-operation with the lesser) of the offices;
- Co-ordination of acquisition of equipment and other supplies that are necessary for everyday operation of Frontex;
- Keeping inventory of Frontex movable property;
- Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, management of the Document Management System;
- Providing support and assistance to new Frontex staff within the Agency and with their establishment in Poland, as well as providing support to Seconded National Experts in settling in Poland;
- Support for the Organization of Management Board sessions;
- Assistance to Frontex operational units if needed in organization of their activities, especially in view of organisation of conferences;
Security
- To ensure that Frontex personnel, information, premises and equipment are adequately protected against threats to their security.
