Employment conditions
- Staff members are engaged on fixed term contracts. The total remuneration package consists of basic salary and family and other allowances where applicable and it is influenced by a correction coefficient of 72.2 % for Poland.

- Rules regarding secondment of national experts within FRONTEX are described in the Management Board Decision laying down rules on the secondment of National Experts to the Agency (as amended on 25 June 2009)
